- The whole building is a mansion type condominium. It is perfect not only for single travelers or long stays during business trip, but also for large groups or sport event visitors.
- It is only 100 m to Yaka beach. Very convenient location in 3 minutes ride from Yaka IC via Okinawa Expressway.
- There are various international houses along the coast so it is fun just to stroll at the shore. And since 24-hours convenience store is located in 3 minutes walk it is very convenient environment.
- Kitchen with gas stove.
- The dining/kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, cooking utensils and tableware.
