【Luggage Storage】
Luggage storage before check-in is available from 10:00 AM on the day of arrival. If you wish to use this service, please contact us by the day before.
Luggage storage after check-out is available from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on the day of departure.

【Early Check-in / Late Check-out】
Early check-in will incur an additional charge of 1,000 yen per hour. If you wish to use this service, please contact us by the day before.
Late check-out also incurs a charge of 1,000 yen per hour.
Please note that during busy periods, when the hotel is almost fully booked, we may not be able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.

【Laundry】
Coin laundry: 300 yen per use. Laundry detergent is available at the front desk for 50 yen each.

* All rooms are non-smoking. If smoking is detected in the room, a deodorizing cleaning fee (20,000 yen) will be charged.
* No room cleaning is provided during your stay. However, if you wish to have the room cleaned, please make a reservation by the day before. A cleaning fee of 2,000 yen will apply.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fee will not be charged if cancelled on or before [23:59 of 2 days prior to accommodation]
20% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day before accommodation]
80% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day of accommodation]
100% cancellation fee will be charged of non-arrival client or no show without notice.
