As the number of parking spaces is limited, please contact the facility for reservations.
* Crystal Inn Onna does not have an elevator.
* Please contact us if the check-in time is delayed due to an airplane flight (midnight check-in, etc.).
* Some rooms do not have a bathtub.
If you would like a bathtub, please contact us by the day before your reservation.
We can guide you to a room with a bathtub depending on the availability.

Bed-sharing with 3 years old and younger children is free.
4 years old and older children will be charged 2,000 yen, therefore please make a reservation as for infants (with bedding).

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fee will not be charged if cancelled on or before [23:59 of 3 days prior to accommodation]
30% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 2 days prior to accommodation]
50% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day before accommodation]
100% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day of accommodation]
100% cancellation fee will be charged of non-arrival client or no show without notice.
