■ About using of the pool
・Usage of pool is paid and needs to be reserved in advance.
・If you would like to use the pool it is necessary to make a reservation until 2～3 days before check in.
・Additional 22,000 JPY (tax included) will be charged onsite per reservation for 1 group.

■ Important points
· Please be sure to inform us when check-in passes the scheduled time.
・All rooms are non smoking. Please smoke on the open-air terrace.

■ About payment
Please pay by【Cash】onsite.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fee will not be charged if cancelled on or before [23:59 of 8 days prior to accommodation]
80% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 7 days prior to accommodation]
100% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day of accommodation]
100% cancellation fee will be charged of non-arrival client or no show without notice.
