Of course you can participate even if you cannot swim, or if you haven't got license, nor experience because our instructors will lead you during the activity.

1. Registration, change of clothes, briefing and other procedures.
We will also bring you the ticket(s) for Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium.
Then fill up the application form, change to swimsuits (male/female separated changing rooms).
Please place your valuable items in the free lockers provided.

2. Towards the port in front of the shop
Just a 5 minutes' walk from the shop to the port！！

3. Briefing on the usage method of each equipment
Instructor’s careful explanation makes everyone easy to understand, even beginners feel at ease！！
Feel free to ask questions and the professional instructor will guide you through.

4. Boat ride to Blue Cave
In a blink of an eye, you will be overlooking the beautiful waters of Okinawa from a 5 minutes' boat ride！！No worries about motion sickness.

5. Diving experience in the Blue Cave
With the beautiful blue waters as the background setting, it will be unquestionably the best picture taken in your Okinawa trip！！

６. Free fish feed provided
Large group of fish will gather around you while feeding them as if you are in underwater palace！！

７. Swim comfortably on your own
You can swim together with the fish once you get the hang of it！！

８. A warm shower & change of clothes after the activity ends
Shower rooms (Private rooms: 3x for women, 2x for men), make up area and hair dryer are also provided.

9. Retrieve photos and videos stored in the memory card before tour dismissal
SEALOVERS is located in Onna Village, which is positioned in the very center of Okinawa Island. It is convenient to travel to other attraction spots once the tour ends!

10. Enjoy watching whale sharks and manta rays at the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. There you can find some of the fishes that you saw during your diving experience.
Outside of the main Aquarium you can also enjoy dolphin shows and see sea turtles.

Due to pressure problem, please do not take a plane within 18 hours after diving.
In addition, customers can register and join the snorkelling activity on the actual day.
Customers who are pregnant or possibly pregnant and those who are under the influence of alcohol on that day are prohibited from joining this activity.
Customers who have health problems or history of illness have to obtain a written permission from the doctor to participate. Please also inform the staff before the activity starts.
Minors need written permission from their guardian/parent to participate. Form can be downloaded in the link below.

Refunds for Churaumi Aquarium tickets will not be accepted.

The tour will be guided in English.
You don't have to worry about the language, because in the practice the staff will use simple English conversation words while showing photos that are explained in Chinese, Korean and English.

① Due to current excessive demand for masks, we are sorry that we do not have sufficient masks to provide for the customers. We will appreciate if customers can bring their own mask while visiting our shop. Thank you for your understanding.
② Please refrain from visiting our shop if you have the following symptoms. Kindly note that reservations may be declined depending on the situation.
・Those who have a fever of 37.5°C or higher or a persistent fever
・Those who have cold symptoms (fever, cough, sneezing, sore throat, etc.)
・Those who feel tired (fatigue) and those who have difficulty breathing (dyspnea)
・Those who had recent close contact with people infected with the new coronavirus
・Those from countries where entry is restricted by the Japanese government
・Those who have not completed their required 14 days’ quarantine after arriving in Japan
・Those who feel generally unwell

Depending on customer convenience the cancellation will be subject to the following charges:
50% of the activity fee will be charged if we receive the cancellation notice [between 2 days before until 12:00 on the previous day of the activity].
100% of the activity fee will be charged if we receive the cancellation notice [between 12:01 on the previous day until the actual day].
Please note that in case of point modification will be also charged as cancellation fee.
