Diving practice, insurance, equipment set

Important: Gather 20 minutes before your reservation hour.
(Please note that you may not be able to participate if you are late).

※Seniors over 60years old shall provide medical certificate.
※Activity location shall be changed or activity be cancelled if sea condition is not favorable.
・If sea entry from the beach is difficult, we may recommend you to enter into the water from the boat (separate fee is required).
Those who are pregnant, hang-over or drunk cannot participate.
Children under 5 shall be accompanied by a guardian.
Juveniles above junior school shall provide the guardian's agreement signature.
Swimming suits or water-proof clothings are required before entering the sea.
Large towel, anti-seasickness medicine, sunscreen, UV-protector, or other necessary items.
Modification or cancellation may occurr due to bad weather, wind direction, or other sea conditions.
Confirm on the actvity before departure.
Please visit direct to the destination if transfer service is not included.
Participant's name, age, accomodation, height, weight, feet size, use glasses or contact lens and other info are required.

If a cancellation notice is received after the day before the activity, 100% of the activity fee will be charged. 
100% of the cancellation fee will be charged to non-arrival clients or no show (without notice).
