This tour includes round-trip high-speed ferry travel.

Age Restrictions

• Children under 6 years old and adults aged 80 and above cannot participate in this tour.

• Participants aged 65 to 79 require prior consultation. (We may ask about your routine exercise habits at the time of booking. A special waiver form must be signed prior to participation.)

• Minors participating without a parent/guardian must present a signed parental consent form.

Body Type / BMI Restrictions

• Participants with a BMI of 35 or higher ($\text{BMI} = \frac{\text{weight in kg}}{\text{height in meters}^2}$) who are classified as obese cannot participate in this tour.

• Participants with a BMI between 30 and 34 are required to sign a special waiver form.

Language Requirements

• For tour safety management reasons, all participants must be able to understand and speak either Japanese or English.

Health & Safety Restrictions

Persons meeting any of the following conditions are NOT eligible to participate:

• Pregnant individuals, those with a hangover, or under the influence of alcohol.

• Individuals with mental illnesses (such as depression), heart conditions, diabetes, high blood pressure, arrhythmia, bronchitis, ear/nose/throat disorders, respiratory diseases (such as asthma, pneumothorax, pneumonia, pulmonary tuberculosis, etc.), or epilepsy.

• Individuals with a fever, users of illegal drugs, or anyone deemed unable to participate safely by the organizers on the day of the tour.

• Ferry departure times from Zamami vary by season. Please be sure to confirm the timetable when making your reservation.

• Ferry services may be canceled due to sea conditions. The final determination regarding ferry operation is made at 8:00 AM on the day of the tour.

• Tour contents may be altered or canceled due to weather, wind direction, or ocean conditions.

• Please ensure you check the tour operation status before departure.

• Please wear your swimsuit under your clothes in advance and arrive in attire that you don't mind getting wet.

• Please prepare your own items as needed, such as a change of clothes, towels, motion sickness medication, and sun protection.

• At the time of booking, we will collect full names, ages, and hotel accommodation details for all participants, as well as height, weight, shoe size, and whether you wear glasses/contact lenses for equipment preparation.
