●This dive tour is for Certified(Licensed) divers. ●The dive location and sites might be changed depending on the weather/sea condition. ●Within 18 hours after diving, you can NOT board an airplane or participate in any activities where you may go more than 300 meters above sea level. ●For divers under 20 years old, a parent's or guardian's agreement(signature) would be required. Please let us know in advance. ●You may be required to have a doctor's signature on a Medical questionnaire. Please check Diver Medical document. | Cancellation Policy |
Depending on when you make the cancellation, the following cancellation fee will apply for all diving tours and course.This includes factors such as medical/health problems, For example you couldn’t participate due to catching a cold, forgetting to check a medical questionnaire, or incompleting e-learning. Cancellation policy is not applied to factors beyond your control ,such as airline delays, unexpected accidents or catastrophe etc.Please contact us by e-mail or any other ways in writing in order to make sure when you make a cancellation.
No cancellation fee is applied when Sakura Dive decides the tour/course should be canceled due to the bad sea conditions or other reasons.
