Towing charges
In the event the car cannot be moved due to breakdown or accident, etc. the car may need to be towed to our office.
JAF service will cover only up to 15km and exceeding kilometers will be borne by the renter.
With Premium Safety Pack, towing charges will be covered up to JPY 100,000 (approx. 130km).
Second time/subsequent accident
Collision Damage Waiver is applicable only to the 1st accident/car damage.
By availing Premium Pack, 2nd and subsequent accident and damages will be fully covered.
Renewal of car rental contract due to car accident/car damage.
As stated in the car rental terms and condition (Article 27.1),in the event that the renter cannot continue to use the car due to accident,breakdown, etc. ,the car rental agreement shall terminate.
If the customer wishes to continue renting a vehicle,they must enter into a new car rental agreement and pay for the new rental charge.
With Premium Pack, the customer can rent the same car class as in the first contract FREE of charge.
※In case equal car class is not available, other car class lower than the original will be leased out.
Cases such as broken side mirrors may also lead to non-usability of the vehicle.

Select “Premium Safety Pack” under Optional Equipment.
2.Via phone / email
You can request to include Premium Safety Pack by calling / emailing us directly even after making your booking online Please provide us your name and booking number.
3.Over the counter
Upon your registration on the actual car rental day, you may also opt to include Premium Safety Pack to your booking. Please request for assistance from our staff at the counter.
