Should there be particles from vomit, cigarettes (including e-cigarettes) etc. that causes any car interior stains or odour, the company shall seek a cleaning fee ofJPY20,000from the lessee. Thank you for your kind understanding.
All OTS rental cars are part of the Roadside Assistance Service, so if you encounter an emergency when using the rental car, such as a flat tire or a dead battery, you can have a peace of mind.
When there is a problem with the car (accident or breakdown) that lead to a difficulty in moving the rental car (the car cannot be driven) with the inability to go to the nearest destination (for example, a hotel, rental car office), a moving fee will be provided. (Limited to the use of public transportation or taxis) The fee includes a limit of JPY100,000 per vehicle (up to the number of people registered in the vehicle inspection certificate). Please provide a receipt upon car return.
With Collision Damage Waiver and Basic Safety Pack, you are entitled to protection coverage only from the 1st accident whereas with Premium Safety Pack and VIP Premium, you are entitled to protection coverage from the 2nd and subsequent accidents.
If your rental car is damaged in an accident, you must return the damaged car. If you wish to continue using the car, you need to make a new reservation and go through the rental car procedure again. If you have opted for Premium Safety Pack or VIP Premium, you can replace a car of the same class for free and continue to use it. * If there is no equivalent car available for rental, the replacement car will be of a lower car class. Kindly note that a broken rear mirror is also considered as an accident vehicle that cannot continue be used on the road. For customers who want a peace of mind are advised to opt for Premium Safety Pack or VIP Premium.

(※)This information is based on sample calculations from the roadside assistance provider under normal vehicle category. The distance of the tow truck travelled will be adjusted according to the condition of the car, car weight , etc. that may lead to a possibility of self-payment.
Aioi Nissay Insurance Road Service is an organization that responds to unexpected car troubles. With one call, they promptly provide services such as roadside assistance, etc. concerning vehicle function.
Towing is required when the car cannot operate due to an accident or malfunction. Aioi Nissay Insurance Co., Ltd. covers towing fees up to 500KM. If the towing distance exceeds 500KM, additional fee will be charged according to the distance.

In cases whereby the vehicle is damaged due to accidents or breakdowns, the damaged vehicle must be sent back.
