Just before returning it, stop at a gas station.

The fuel tank will be full when the vehicle is rented out, so please return it with a full tank.

If the tank is not full upon return, we will charge an additional fee based on the actual mileage driven, calculated at a rate determined separately.

When returning the vehicle, please stop at a gas station near the return location to refuel before returning to the office.

If you are unsure of the nearest gas station, please inquire with our staff in advance.

There are different types of fuel!!

There are different types of fuel, and the type of fuel you put in varies depending on the vehicle model.

A sticker indicating the fuel type is affixed to each vehicle’s fuel filler door.
Be sure to refuel with that type of fuel.

Please note that any costs incurred due to malfunctions or vehicle adjustments resulting from the use of incorrect fuel are not covered and will be borne by the customer.

We will verify the receipt after refueling.

We will verify whether fuel was recently added using the receipt from the last refueling.

Therefore, please keep the receipt issued when refueling immediately before returning the vehicle, and do not discard it.

Please hand the receipt you brought to the staff member handling your vehicle return.

Please note that receipts will be returned after verification.
