Cancellations (reservation cancellations) are possible after booking. However, cancellation fees will be charged according to our policy. Please note that if you do not contact us within one hour after your scheduled pickup time, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

Please note that cancellation procedures by phone differ depending on whether you are in the Okinawa or Hokkaido regions.

If you are unable to return the vehicle within the contracted time, please contact the rental office and obtain permission.
Please note that extending the rental period without permission constitutes a violation of the rental agreement and will result in late fees.
