Charge for cancellation of reservation
You may cancel your reservation only if absolutely necessary.Cancellation charges may apply in addition to rental charges, as follow.

Should the renter fail to collect the car within 1 hour of scheduled time (and did contact our office for the delay),
the reservation is considered cancelled and the above charges will apply.
Extension of rental time
When you cannot return the car within the contracted rental time, please contact our branch.
Please note that if you extend the contracted time without prior notice, you will be liable for penalty charges.
