Travel Insurance for Visitors to Japan □■
One Two Support Travel Insurance provides compensation service, for foreign travelers in Japan, for treatment costs, etc. due to sudden illness or injury which occurs during the insurance coverage period. This insurance also consist of several other services. Please check the following for details.
1.Compensation Details
■Overview
- ✓This service is an overseas travel insurance contract (comprehensive agreement) which names Okinawa Tourist Service Company as the policyholder. Foreign travelers who have opted for “VIP Premium Plan” under Okinawa Tourist Service Company, are named as the insured persons under the policy.
- ✓This service coverage period is effective from the point the Car Rental Contract is entered into between Okinawa Tourist Services and the Renter after entering Japan until the insured person completes the departure procedure of exiting Japan territory (limited up to 30 days).

※2 Any accidents that might occur while using the rental car indicated on your rental contract will be covered by the automobile insurance.

If the insured person suffers accidental injuries during the coverage period, we shall pay the actual expenses as per incurred for treatment of the direct injury in Japan within the coverage period.

2.Services
（1）Medical facilities arrangement service
Per customer’s request, we will provide information of medical institutions where foreign travelers can consult (partner hospitals with Paymentless Service/nearest medical institutions).
（２）Treatment paymentless service
For partnering hospitals, treatment fee can be settled without the need for upfront payment (Paymentless Service).※1※2
※1Medical institutions other than our partnering hospitals may provide a Paymentless Service only upon their approval.
※2This service may not apply for some cases such as medical conditions not covered by this compensation service, etc.
（３）Medical interpretation service by phone
In case of difficulties in communication between the customer and the physician in a medical institution, a staff (operator) who has finished a specialized medical interpreter training will assist to interpret.
（4）Emergency transfers / repatriation of bodily remains
We will arrange a transportation within Japan or to customer’s home country in case an emergency transfer is necessary, transportation of bodily remains to home country, etc.

3.In case of medical consultation due to sudden illness oｒ injury
1.【Accident (disease, injury)】

※ Please contact Okinawa Tourist Service Company for insurance claim request or related application procedure.
※ Please contact our company within 30 days from the date of the accident.
4.Partnering hospitals with Paymentless Service
Our partnering hospitals with Paymentless Service are listed below. These hospitals can provide treatment without an upfront payment. Medical institutions other than the below partner hospitals may provide a Paymentless Service only upon their approval.
※In case of medical treatment with hospitals not on the list, you may have to pay the bill first and get reimbursed later.
