As one of Mimasaka Sansen (Three Onsen of Mimasaka), "Yubara Onsen" is an onsen region located along Asahi River, downriver from Yubara Dam. With the symbol of Yubara Onsen, the open-air bath "Sunayu (Sand Bath)" in front of the dam as head, a wide range of establishments, such as famous inns, restaurants that serve the local burger, old-time shooting ranges, koma(turning top) museum double the enjoyment of onsen.
