13.Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction by Consent

The Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of Japan. All disputes arising from and relevant to the Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction by consent of Naha District Court as court of first instance.
