At Laforet Fukiya, we serve the local sake of Okayama Bicchu, Taiten Shirogiku.
This central region of Okayama Region has both seafood and foods of Kibikogen Highland mountains, and has flourished with its warm mannered people living in a comfortable place. Sake from this blessed climate has a soft taste, sake with a stable flavor and sweetness of rice called "uma-kuchi" has been preferred. Sake from this brewery keeps traditional "uma-kuchi", while also keeping a well balanced sharpness. The brewery has on its own revived sake-rice, such as that of Okayama, and with special attention to pesticide-free sake-rice, taken advantage of the ideal sake brewing conditions Okayama has, such as the branches of traditional Bicchu Moriuji and clear and bountiful preparation water.

3 Sake Tasting
◎Taiten Shiragiku Junmai Ginjo "Bishuu"
Rich, balanced with acid, and with a gentle fragrance. It has the mildness of aged undiluted sake.
◎Tokubetsu Honjuzo "Shiroi Se"
Extremely well balance between taste and sharpness, this sake goes down smoothly. Cold, or hot, it can be enjoyed according to the season.
◎Taiten Shiragiku "Genshu"
This sake represents “uma-kuchi” of Okayama and Bicchu Region. A mellow richness only that of Okayama rice and tastiness is strongly present.
Enjoy the branches of traditional Bicchu Moriuji and Okayama sake!

・Dinner…Okayama Beef Kaiseki Around 10 Japanese kaiseki dishes, with Okayama Wagyu Teppanyaki as the main.

Dinner and Breakfast will both be served to the 1st floor restaurant.
