A girl's only gathering travel plan with special privileges for ladies.
Take your time chatting and livening up with karaoke at night.

<4 Special Benefits>
①Early check-in 3pm⇒2pm
Late check-out 10am⇒11am
②No matter how many times, 2 towels will be given per person.
③Welcome drink coffee or tea
1 time per person for duration of your stay. Before or after arrival at your choice

④2nd party prepared for after dinner ＊with karaoke (free)
・Limited to first arriving group of 5 or more people
・Outside foods and drinks allowed at 2nd party. We will provide drinking glasses.
・Groups of 5 wanting the 2nd party venue, please contact ahead of time. 2nd party venue is available to only 1 group, therefore we may not be able to accommodate to your requests. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

:around 10 Japanese kaiseki dishes, with Okayama Wagyu Teppanyaki as the main.
Breakfast…Japanese set-menu

Both meals are served at our restaurant.

・Please be prepared for winter conditions if driving (tire chains, stud-less tires)
・Please be careful using car navigation systems within a 20km radius of Fukiya.
(car navigation systems sometimes prioritize old roads, and narrow roads barely large enough for one car. There are road signs so please use both)
・Please notify us how you will be arriving (car・train・other)
・Cellphones other than Docomo and AU may be out of service range (some Docomo models may also be out of range)

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fee will not be charged if cancelled on or before [23:59 of 4 days prior to accommodation]
20% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 3 days prior to accommodation]
30% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day before accommodation]
50% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day of accommodation]
100% cancellation fee will be charged of non-arrival client or no show without notice.
