What is Chiya beef...
It is told that this beef originates from Matsusaka, Omi, Kobe beef and only small number of animals received this kind of fattening. Without appearing on the market in the whole Japan, this is exactly famous product called "Chiya beef".

In this plan we offer for your enjoyment kaiseki set meal with "sirloin", "boned rib" and "thigh meat" (3 in total) dishes 40 g each.
