＜Dinner＞
"Rozan-jin Shabu-Shabu banquet dishes" at the restaurant.

Person from Rozan who was famous as a gourmet.
He liked food called Sukiyaki, and we made a new food called "Shabusuki" with a hint from the way he ate Sukiyaki.
Yuneya's special Shabusuki broth with a mix of sweetness of long onion and sourness of pickled plum brings out the umami of the aged meat.

After having thoroughly enjoyed
the meat and vegetables, please enjoy soba noodles as closing ～Kohuku～(Mouth fortune) which gourmets loved.

Okayama's representative beef with an excellent quality, "Chiya beef". We also aged the highest grade of them all, A-5 ranked meat with low temperature and a slow pace. It is "Okayama・Niimi beef A-5 aged meat"from Tetta beef range.
Because the rate of oleic acid in the fat is high, it melts smoothly in your mouth with a great flavor, and by aging the meat, it makes the taste and flavor richer.
