Welcome Drink Service: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM (You can also have it in your room.)
[Room Cleaning]

If you wish to have your room cleaned, please inform the front desk by 10:00 AM on the same day. If there is no request, we will provide towels at your door daily, but we will not enter the room.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fee will not be charged if cancelled on or before [23:59 of 8 days prior to accommodation]
10% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 7 days prior to accommodation]
20% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 2 days prior to accommodation]
50% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day before accommodation]
100% cancellation fee will be charged of non-arrival client or no show without notice.
