The feature of the resort hotel is unique location because it is the only resort built on the island and connected via bridge to Okinawa Island.

- In the space of open kitchen and terrace filled with the sense of freedom at breakfast together with Cucina Serale at the pool side we offer dishes in buffet style. We serve variety of a la carte dishes at lunch and dinner.

- There are 4 single rooms with ocean view and 2 suite rooms are also provided so not only single traveler but also marrieds and couples can use them and we also prepare various programs. Moreover in addition to facial and body massage we have equipment for head spa and nails care. Like a resort we offer relaxation and wellness treatment.
- Pool, lagoon, beach
- In addition to indoor pool and outside Gusuku pool we also have a lagoon filled with sea water. Gusuku pool, lagoon and sea surface have different height level. It looks like the pool continues into the sea and you can enjoy the infinite spectacle.
- All rooms have open-air balcony (all rooms are non-smoking)
- The total number of rooms is 344 with 320 rooms in ”The Island” on Seragaki Island and 24 rooms in "The Beach House" on Okinawa Island side.

- If take a look below from the balcony you can see bare rocks of Seragaki Island and wild flora. You can also see the wide sea and the Gusuku Mount (Iejima Tatchuu) which is the symbol of Ie Island.

- Standing on large paddleboard and using paddle the same way as on canoe you can move forward through the sea in this water sport. Seeing highly transparent water of Seragaki under your feet enjoy elegant and smooth strolling on the water surface. Fully enjoy the vast scenery of Okinawan nature from the sea surface.
- Open-air balcony is available in all guest rooms so you can enjoy the sea views.
- From the open-air balcony you can enjoy different sea expressions depending on the season. If move further National Route 58 to the beach front on Okinawa Island site right close, you will find built 3-story "The Beach House" and 7-story "The Island" on Seragaki Island on the opposite site of the bridge.
