"Forest wine cellar Morikuni gallery" was born after renovation of tsukudani workshop built 70 years ago. Here you may enjoy explanations about way of relishing Japanese sake, as well as dishes cooked with Shodoshima ingredient with addition of sake and sake lees. Alcohol drinks of Morikuni wine cellar are made of local rice of Kagawa prefecture with using rare in Japan "Island preparation" and since the alcohol is unfiltered it has color and strong delicious taste, and yet with feeling of "swelling".
