To support environmental sustainability, we provide eco-friendly housekeeping.

・Daily: Towel & pajama replacement, trash collection
・Every 4 days: Room cleaning & linen change (bed sheets, pillow covers)
※ Additional cleaning can be arranged for JPY 3,300 if requested before 11:00 on the same day.

50% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 2 days prior to accommodation]
80% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day of accommodation]
100% cancellation fee will be charged of non-arrival client or no show without notice.
