[ Room Cleaning ]
The hotel operates an eco-cleaning program.

Every 4 days:Room cleaning,Bed linen replacement ( bed sheets and pillowcases )
* If you would like additional room cleaning on other days, please notify the front desk by 11:00 AM on the same day.

Cancellation fee will not be charged if cancelled on or before [23:59 of 8 days prior to accommodation]
10% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 7 days prior to accommodation]
20% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 4 days prior to accommodation]
50% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 2 days prior to accommodation]
80% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day of accommodation]
100% cancellation fee will be charged of non-arrival client or no show without notice.
