This hotel has implemented a self-check-in system as part of its infection prevention measures, and there is no staff stationed at the front desk. Please proceed with the check-in process using the tablet provided at the front desk.

After completing your reservation, we will send you a format to input your customer information. Please enter your email address in the remarks section when making your reservation or contact us at 【info@okigran.jp】.

Once the input is completed on the format, we will send you the necessary code for check-in on the day of your arrival. Please make sure to confirm it. If you do not receive the notification email even by the day before, please kindly contact us.

◆For same-day reservations, check-in will be possible 30 to 40 minutes after the reservation is completed. Please understand.

◆Please note that cash payment is not accepted during check-in. The accepted credit cards are VISA, JCB, American Express, MasterCard, and Diners Club. QR code payment is also available: PayPay, d payment of docomo, Rakuten Pay, Merpay, au PAY (We recommend online payment when making the reservation).

We take pride in the spaciousness of our rooms as a business hotel.
The room sizes range from 27 to 39 square meters. The beds are semi-double beds with a width of 120 cm, provided by France Bed, allowing you to rest comfortably. (Double rooms have a double bed with a width of 150 cm.) The bathroom and toilet are separate, and the TV is compatible with NETFLIX, allowing you to watch dramas and movies. (Your own account is required for usage.)

◆All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed in the smoking area on the first floor.

◆In consideration of environmental protection, we do not provide room cleaning during consecutive stays. Please understand. (Towels and amenities can be replaced daily.)

◆Check-in time is from 15:00 to 22:00 on the day of arrival.※ If you will be arriving late, please be sure to inform us in advance.

◆We have free parking(15 spaces). Reservations or holds are not possible and are on a first-come, first-served basis. If the parking lot is full, please use nearby paid coin parking.

◆We are unable to accept parcel delivery or hold luggage, so please understand.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fee will not be charged if cancelled on or before [23:59 of 4 days prior to accommodation]
50% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 3 days prior to accommodation]
100% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day before accommodation]
100% cancellation fee will be charged of non-arrival client or no show without notice.
