* From February 1, 2027, Okinawa Prefecture will introduce an Accommodation Tax (2% per person per night). This tax will be collected separately from the room charge at check-in.

* For same-day reservations, check-in will be available approximately 30–40 minutes after the reservation is completed.

* Please refrain from using strongly scented items such as incense, aroma diffusers, mist sprays, or perfumes inside the room. If the room is deemed unsuitable for resale due to lingering odors, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.

[ Self Check-in]
Our hotel operates a self check-in system, and there are no staff members on-site.
Please complete your check-in using the tablet located at the front desk.

After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a guest information form. Please enter your email address in the remarks section when making your reservation.
Once you complete the form, we will send you the check-in code.

- Free parking for up to 15 vehicles (one vehicle per room, first-come, first-served).
* Reservations are not available. If full, please use nearby paid parking lots.
- We are unable to receive parcels or store luggage.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fee will not be charged if cancelled on or before [23:59 of 4 days prior to accommodation]
50% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 3 days prior to accommodation]
100% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day before accommodation]
100% cancellation fee will be charged of non-arrival client or no show without notice.
