This is the BiBi Hotel Standard Plan.

Located along the west coast of Ginowan City, nearby are the Convention Center, American Village, and San-A Parco City.

Please inform the front desk at check-in if you wish to use the parking lot.
*Parking fee: 1,000 yen per night (limited parking spaces available).

* Extra bedding is not available for rental.
* Room cleaning is not provided during your stay. (If you wish to have the room cleaned, please inform the front desk by the day before. A cleaning fee of 2,000 yen will apply.)
* Dish sets are available for rent at 1,500 yen per stay.
* If minors are staying alone, a parental consent form is required.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fee will not be charged if cancelled on or before [23:59 of 2 days prior to accommodation]
20% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day before accommodation]
80% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day of accommodation]
100% cancellation fee will be charged of non-arrival client or no show without notice.
