Guests requesting connecting rooms should book two rooms and contact the hotel directly.

◆ ECO Cleaning ◆

In support of SDGs, room cleaning for consecutive stays is provided once every three days (towels replaced daily).
As a thank-you for your cooperation, guests staying three nights or more will receive one free drink of choice from:
mineral water, Sanpin tea, pineapple juice, soft drink, or Orion beer.
If you prefer daily cleaning, an additional cleaning fee of JPY 3,000 (tax included) will apply. Please inform the front desk upon check-in.

◆ Children’s Policy ◆

・One preschool child (under school age) may share a bed with one adult free of charge.
・If the number of children exceeds the number of adults, a child accommodation fee will apply.
・Meals are not included for children sharing existing beds.
・Breakfast for preschool children (ages 4–6): JPY 500 per child (please pay at the front desk).

20% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day before accommodation]
100% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day of accommodation]
100% cancellation fee will be charged of non-arrival client or no show without notice.
