※4 years old and older guests will be charged as elementary school children.
Cancellation fee for cancellations made within 2 weeks before the peak season (July 22nd ～ August 22nd) will be 100%.
Cancellation fee in case of cancellation of sailing due to typhoon will not be charged.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fee will not be charged if cancelled on or before [23:59 of 8 days prior to accommodation]
50% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 7 days prior to accommodation]
100% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 3 days prior to accommodation]
100% cancellation fee will be charged of non-arrival client or no show without notice.
