＜Breakfast Information＞
Please enjoy breakfast at "Steak House Mutsumi," located directly in front of the hotel. Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM (last order at 9:00 AM).

＜Important Information＞
* Payment at the hotel is by credit card only.
* A confirmation email regarding check-in procedures will be sent to the email registered at the time of booking. Please be sure to check it, and if it doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder.
* Our hotel utilizes a tablet-operated self-check-in system.
* Please keep a record of your "reservation number" before arrival.
* At check-in, you will receive a code for both entrance access and room entry.
* During your stay, the same code will allow you entry, so please make sure to keep it secure.
* Room cleaning is not provided during your stay. Amenities and towel replacements are available on the first-floor library space for self-service.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fee will not be charged if cancelled on or before [23:59 of 8 days prior to accommodation]
20% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 7 days prior to accommodation]
50% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 4 days prior to accommodation]
80% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day before accommodation]
100% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day of accommodation]
100% cancellation fee will be charged of non-arrival client or no show without notice.
