・Check-out: By 10:00
Early check-in (from 10:00) / late check-out available for an additional fee. Please book the dedicated plan if needed.
・Guests under high school age cannot be accommodated.
・Luggage storage is available only with advance notice by the previous day.
Without prior notice, luggage cannot be accepted.
・Check-in must be completed by 19:00,
except for guests arriving on the last flight.
・No room cleaning during consecutive-night stays.

Cancellation fee will not be charged if cancelled on or before [23:59 of 15 days prior to accommodation]
50% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 14 days prior to accommodation]
100% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 7 days prior to accommodation]
100% cancellation fee will be charged of non-arrival client or no show without notice.
