※There are 2 semi-double beds in the room, so in the event of 3-4 people sharing a room, 1 bed will be shared amongst 2 people.
※There is no cleaning of the room during consecutive stays.
※We would like to charge a 5% fee in the case of local credit card usage

[What's a guest house?]
It's a once in a life time chance during a trip.
Yuntaku = a shared living room where you can share travel information with others. It's one of it's charm points. But being too lively is tiring, and guest houses are where young people go to stay...makes one wonder if they'll be alright alone.
UmiOto is a guest house that will surely wipe away those worries.
Staying in a hotel alone is kinda sad, but I want to relax slowly... If this is so, this is the guest house for you.

[Guest room]
All rooms have a key and the security is good! All rooms with wifi
Have a good sleep with two semi-double beds, air conditioning, air cleaner, selectable pillows (6 types)

[Yuntaku, living room]
Here you can relax slowly or talk with the other guests about your travel♪

[Kitchen]
Equipped with a rice cooker, oven, juicer & Pans, and other cooking equipment♪
Large fridge! The seasoning is equipped and at your disposal.

[Shower, restroom, Sink]
It's clean and men and women are separated♪
There are several types of shampoo, rinse, facial cleansers, and makeup removers equipped, so you can choose your favorite. There's also a dryer and hair iron.

[Laundry]
We have a washing machine (100 yen, with detergent) and two dryers (300 yen).
Not only do we have a washing place, we also have an outside shower so you can wash and hang your diving equipment.

[Activities]
We have a jet boat - rare for a guest house, so we can guide you to a sunset cruise. Seeing Irabu bridge from the bottom is amazing!

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fee will not be charged if cancelled on or before [23:59 of 15 days prior to accommodation]
50% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 14 days prior to accommodation]
100% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 7 days prior to accommodation]
100% cancellation fee will be charged of non-arrival client or no show without notice.
