※ This facility operates with a self-check-in system.
1. After your reservation is confirmed, a "Pre-Check-in Email" will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of booking within the designated period.

2. Please follow the instructions in the email and enter the required details, including the representative's full name, address, and phone number. Once your information is confirmed, you will receive a "Check-in Password."

3. On the day of check-in, enter the "Check-in Password" on the smart lock at the entrance of the facility to access your room.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fee will not be charged if cancelled on or before [23:59 of 15 days prior to accommodation]
25% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 14 days prior to accommodation]
50% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 7 days prior to accommodation]
100% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day before accommodation]
100% cancellation fee will be charged of non-arrival client or no show without notice.
