About the Rental Car

-Cars are provided at the reception office.
-5–7 passenger vehicles (e.g., TOYOTA Alphard, Audi Q7). Car models cannot be specified.
-Car rental is available from check-in to check-out. Extension is possible depending on availability (please inquire in advance).
-Insurance enrollment is mandatory at check-in (paid locally): from 1,500 JPY per night.
-No transfer service is provided between the airport and the office. Please arrange transportation on your own (e.g., taxi).
-Child seats are available upon request.
-Please return the vehicle with a full fuel tank at check-out.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fee will not be charged if cancelled on or before [23:59 of 15 days prior to accommodation]
25% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 14 days prior to accommodation]
50% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 7 days prior to accommodation]
100% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day before accommodation]
100% cancellation fee will be charged of non-arrival client or no show without notice.
