2. Facility Information
- Luggage storage is not available (including shipped luggage, early arrival, and after checkout).
- Minors are not allowed to stay without adult supervision.
- Exceeding the room capacity or allowing non-guests into the room is prohibited.
- Towels provided: 1 set per person + 1 extra set
- No cleaning service during the stay.
* Cleaning service is available for 1,000 yen × number of staying guests.

80% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day before accommodation]
100% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day of accommodation]
100% cancellation fee will be charged of non-arrival client or no show without notice.
