・ Please contact us at least 3 days before the check-in date to cancel the BBQ due to bad weather or schedule change.
If you cancel after that, the full amount of the BBQ price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
・ We will prepare BBQ ingredients for the number of nights you stay. If you do not want BBQ for consecutive nights, please make a reservation in combination with other plans.
・ BBQ ingredients will be served around 18:00. Please note that you cannot specify the time.
・ We do not have any necessary items for dogs such as gauges and toilet seats for pets. Please bring them with you.
・ Each room has 2 beds. Futons will be provided for stays of 3 people or more.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fee will not be charged if cancelled on or before [23:59 of 21 days prior to accommodation]
50% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 20 days prior to accommodation]
70% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 9 days prior to accommodation]
100% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 2 days prior to accommodation]
100% cancellation fee will be charged of non-arrival client or no show without notice.
