【Room Facilities】

All rooms are equipped with a full kitchen (cooking utensils and tableware included).
Refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, washing machine, dryer, TV, air purifier, and free Wi-Fi.

Amenities: Hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, toothbrush set, face towel, bath towel, laundry detergent, tissues, and toilet paper.

・Please be considerate of local residents and refrain from making loud noises.

【Maximum Occupancy】

According to fire safety regulations, the maximum number of guests (including children sharing beds) is as follows:
・Deluxe Room / Corner Terrace / Concept Room: up to 12 people (max. 10 adults/children requiring beds)
・Moderate Room / Barrier-Free Room: up to 10 people (max. 8 adults/children requiring beds)

Exceeding these limits requires booking an additional room.
Bedding is provided only for the registered number of guests, and extra bedding cannot be added.

50% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day before accommodation]
100% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day of accommodation]
100% cancellation fee will be charged of non-arrival client or no show without notice.
