The deep city area is also within walking distance, it's recommended for people who want to enjoy slowly touring Okinawa or those who are there on a long stay.

We have all the home appliances and cooking utensils necessary for daily life, so you can get your favorite ingredients such as Okinawa local ingredients in the city within walking distance and experience your favorite cooking... ♪

[About check-in]
To suit your arrival time, the owner will come to pass the keys so please be sure to inform the mobile phone number in which they can contact you at, and the estimated time of arrival to the facility. (Check-in Time: 14:00 to 23:00)
If you cannot arrive by 23:00 due to flight schedule or other reasons, please contact us in advance.
* Please contact the facility from the URL described in the email notification that you will receive after the reservation is completed.


[Facilities]
We do not store luggage. Please refrain from sending luggage before check-in or after check-out.

We do not accept use by minors only.

As we are located in a residential area, we request you to not make noises or speak loud.


[About room cleaning]
During your stay we will not conduct cleaning and sheets exchanging of the room even when staying consecutive nights.
If you wish to have cleaning, please consult separately.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fee will not be charged if cancelled on or before [23:59 of 15 days prior to accommodation]
30% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 14 days prior to accommodation]
50% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 7 days prior to accommodation]
70% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 3 days prior to accommodation]
100% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day of accommodation]
100% cancellation fee will be charged of non-arrival client or no show without notice.
