-All rooms are equipped with a washing machine, gas dryer, and kitchen, making it ideal for long-term stays.

★ For reservations of 3 or more guests, a sofa bed or futon set will be provided.

-Kitchen set available (JPY 1,500 per stay, limited quantity)

-If full, please use nearby coin parking at your own expense.

-No daily cleaning service for consecutive nights.
-Cleaning service available upon request (reservation required by the previous day, JPY 2,000 per time).

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fee will not be charged if cancelled on or before [23:59 of 2 days prior to accommodation]
20% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day before accommodation]
80% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day of accommodation]
100% cancellation fee will be charged of non-arrival client or no show without notice.
