[ Information for Staying Guests ]
1. Check-in
- This property operates non-contact, unmanned check-in/check-out.
Please complete check-in using the self-check-in machine located in front of the front desk area.
On your departure day, please also complete check-out using the same machine.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
- For safety, the main entrance remains locked at all times.
You will receive an instruction email in advance containing the entrance PIN code.
Please enter the code on the panel next to the entrance to access the building.
* After check-in, you may enter using your room PIN code.
- Early check-in and late check-out are not available.

2. Room Cleaning
- As this is a condominium-style property, no room cleaning or amenity replenishment is provided during your stay.
Consumable items are available on each floor’s shared wagon. Please take only what you need.
- Even for stays of 3 nights or more, towels and amenities are provided up to 2 nights’ worth only, with no replacements or refills.
Please prepare additional items yourself, or use the washing machine & dryer provided in your room.
* Laundry detergent is not provided. Please bring your own or purchase at a nearby store.

3. Facilities
- We do not store luggage.
We cannot accept advance shipments or luggage before check-in / after check-out.
- The entire building is non-smoking, including balconies and the parking area.
- Only registered guests are allowed inside the property.
- As there are local residents nearby, please refrain from loud noises or high volume.
- There is no free parking. Please use nearby paid coin parking (at guest’s expense).

- There are several properties with similar names. Please take care not to confuse them.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fee will not be charged if cancelled on or before [23:59 of 8 days prior to accommodation]
30% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 7 days prior to accommodation]
80% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day before accommodation]
100% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day of accommodation]
100% cancellation fee will be charged of non-arrival client or no show without notice.
