For Guests Staying Multiple Nights
To contribute to environmental conservation, we only offer full cleaning every third day during your stay.
On eco-cleaning days, only towel and linen change, along with trash collection, will be performed.
If you require regular cleaning on eco-cleaning days, please inform the front desk by 10:00 AM.

For Guests Requesting Bed Sharing

・Bed sharing is free for children ages 0-6.
(No bedding or amenities are provided for bed-sharing children)
・Bed sharing is available only if there are at least two adults in the same room.
Additionally, only one child is allowed to share a bed per adult.
If a single adult requests bed sharing, child fees will apply.

Cancellation Policy
・After 12:00 AM, 3 days before check-in: 20% of the accommodation fee
・After 12:00 AM, 1 day before check-in: 50% of the accommodation fee
・After 12:00 AM, on the day of check-in: 80% of the accommodation fee

This plan does not accept bookings for resale or re-distribution purposes (e.g., by travel agents).
For bookings of 8 rooms or more with the same contact or applicant, a separate group cancellation policy applies. Please check the terms on our website.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fee will not be charged if cancelled on or before [23:59 of 2 days prior to accommodation]
20% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day before accommodation]
50% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day of accommodation]
100% cancellation fee will be charged of non-arrival client or no show without notice.
