・Local hotel miles are not eligible for accrual.

・Parking available at the back of the hotel (1,800 yen per night/1 car) (maximum 85 cars/first come first served)
*Parking reservations are not possible. If the parking lot is full, you may be directed to a nearby coin parking lot.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fee will not be charged if cancelled on or before [23:59 of 8 days prior to accommodation]
20% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 7 days prior to accommodation]
50% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 3 days prior to accommodation]
80% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day before accommodation]
10% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day of accommodation]
100% cancellation fee will be charged of non-arrival client or no show without notice.
