Hours: 7:00 – 23:00 (Last admission 22:30)

■ Pools (Loisir Hotel Naha, 2nd Floor)

Indoor Pool
Hours: 10:00 – 20:00 (Last entry 19:30)

Outdoor Pool
Season: Golden Week – End of October (Summer season)
Hours: 10:00 – 20:00 (Last entry 19:30)
※ The outdoor pool may be closed during bad weather.

■ Fitness Gym

Location: Loisir Hotel Naha, 12th Floor
Hours: Open 24 hours
※ Please bring your own workout wear, shoes, and towels.
※ No staff are stationed in the gym.

■ Information

・Check-in is available at the front desk of Loisir Hotel Naha (Main Building, 1F).
・For 3 guests, an extra bed will be added; please note the room may feel compact.
・Children sharing existing beds stay free of charge, but bedding, meals, and facility usage are not included.
　Additional charges apply if these services are used.
・One child may share a bed per paying adult.
・Parking is available for a fee.
・Facility hours and services may change without prior notice. Please check the official website for the latest information.

■ Room Cleaning Policy

As part of our eco-friendly efforts, guest rooms are cleaned every other day (on odd-numbered nights) during your stay.
・No cleaning or staff entry will be conducted on even-numbered nights.
・For consecutive stays, towels and amenities for two days will be provided in advance.
・Additional cleaning service is available upon request for an extra fee (reservation required by 24:00 the day before).

■ Guest Room Building

Restaurants, shops, and pool facilities are shared with Loisir Hotel Naha (Main Building)
and are connected via an indoor passageway for your convenience.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fee will not be charged if cancelled on or before [23:59 of 15 days prior to accommodation]
10% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 14 days prior to accommodation]
20% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 7 days prior to accommodation]
50% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day before accommodation]
80% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day of accommodation]
100% cancellation fee will be charged of non-arrival client or no show without notice.
