≪Housekeeping for Consecutive Nights≫

As part of our SDGs efforts to reduce environmental impact, housekeeping for consecutive-night stays will be as follows:
● On even-numbered days, only towel replacement, trash collection, and water replenishment will be provided.
● Full cleaning on even-numbered days is available upon request for JPY 2,000 per cleaning.
● For hygiene reasons, a full cleaning will be performed once every three days.

The guest rooms feature a natural wood tone interior inspired by geological strata (Strata), creating a relaxing, nature-infused space.

≪Children Sharing Beds≫

・Children under school age (0–6 years old) can stay free of charge when sharing a bed.
・Amenities for co-sleeping children are not included (available at additional cost).
・One child per adult may share a bed.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fee will not be charged if cancelled on or before [23:59 of 4 days prior to accommodation]
30% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 3 days prior to accommodation]
50% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day before accommodation]
100% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day of accommodation]
100% cancellation fee will be charged of non-arrival client or no show without notice.
