■Pet dog accommodation conditions
①Limited to dogs which are kept indoors only.
②Toilet trained, and does not bark unnecessarily.
③Has been vaccinated for rabies and viral diseases (mixed vaccine including more than 5 types).
④Please tell us the breed in advance.
*Cat/dog accommodation fees are not included in the price.
Please pay at the location, per dog, per night:
Cats, small animals, small dogs: \1000
Medium dogs: \1500
Large dogs: \2000
(tax not included)

*Please prepare something they are used to eating for your dog's meal
*We may charge for repairs or cleaning if your pet soils or damages anything in the hotel

Our mascot, a male miniature dachshund, 6 years old, off the leash, and a female mixed breed cat, 4 years old, are always present here.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fee will not be charged if cancelled on or before [23:59 of 8 days prior to accommodation]
30% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 7 days prior to accommodation]
60% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 3 days prior to accommodation]
80% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day before accommodation]
100% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day of accommodation]
100% cancellation fee will be charged of non-arrival client or no show without notice.
