Facility Fee for Infants

For children aged 3–5 years sharing a bed, a facility usage fee of
¥2,200 per child per night will be charged.

・Meal vouchers and tickets will be provided at check-in.
・No refunds or substitutions will be made for unused plan benefits.
・Depending on the number of guests, additional beds

・Parking fee: ¥500 per car per night (maximum ¥1,500).

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fee will not be charged if cancelled on or before [23:59 of 8 days prior to accommodation]
20% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 7 days prior to accommodation]
30% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 3 days prior to accommodation]
40% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 2 days prior to accommodation]
50% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day before accommodation]
100% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day of accommodation]
100% cancellation fee will be charged of non-arrival client or no show without notice.
