[ Facility Fee for Children ]
For children aged 3–5 sharing a bed, a facility usage fee of JPY 2,200 per child per night will be charged.

- No refunds or substitutions will be made if benefits are not used
- Additional beds (stacking beds or sofa beds) may be added depending on occupancy, making rooms more compact

- Parking fee: JPY 500 per vehicle per night (maximum JPY 1,500)

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fee will not be charged if cancelled on or before [23:59 of 8 days prior to accommodation]
20% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 7 days prior to accommodation]
30% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 3 days prior to accommodation]
40% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 2 days prior to accommodation]
50% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day before accommodation]
100% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day of accommodation]
100% cancellation fee will be charged of non-arrival client or no show without notice.
