* In case of bad weather or strong winds, the BBQ course may be changed to a Steamed Dish Course or a Shabu-Shabu Course. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

* Lights-out is at 9:00 PM. Please refrain from talking outdoors after this time.
* Campfires and fireworks must also end by 9:00 PM.
* Smoking is not allowed inside the site and domes. You can only smoke at the designated smoking areas. Thank you for your cooperation.
* Shoes are not allowed inside the dome.
* Wild animals may appear at night, so please ensure the tent is securely closed.
* We have a different cancellation policy applies for group bookings of 15 or more.
* Non-staying guests who wish to join BBQs or other activities must pay a facility usage fee of ¥2,200 per person.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fee will not be charged if cancelled on or before [23:59 of 4 days prior to accommodation]
30% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 3 days prior to accommodation]
50% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 2 days prior to accommodation]
80% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day before accommodation]
100% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day of accommodation]
100% cancellation fee will be charged of non-arrival client or no show without notice.
