【Lounge Special Rate】
・Regular rate: JPY 1,100 per person per hour
・Guest rate: JPY 1,100 per adult per stay (tax included)

【Important Notes】
・Junior high school students and above are charged adult rates
・Elementary school children and younger stay free
・Guests staying up to 3 consecutive nights
→ Lounge use is included at the above rate until 11:00 a.m. on the check-out day
・Guests staying 4 nights or more
→ From the 4th night onward, lounge use requires an additional JPY 1,100 per person per night
→ Guests not using the lounge after the 4th night must return the lounge key card
Failure to return the card will result in automatic additional charges.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fee will not be charged if cancelled on or before [23:59 of 15 days prior to accommodation]
10% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 14 days prior to accommodation]
30% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 7 days prior to accommodation]
50% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 2 days prior to accommodation]
80% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day of accommodation]
100% cancellation fee will be charged of non-arrival client or no show without notice.
